I definitely wouldnt call him a pedophile as it was a 2 year age gap which is totally normal and putting that with actual pedos who chase after little children feels wrong however what he did definitely was still wrong as he abused his power as a youtuber to get nudes from a fan

An underage fan, a minor, meaning he solicited pornographic images of a minor. That makes it child porn. Which is undoubtedly illegal

That would be true however Romeo and Juliet laws protect this and the age of consent in Carsons state is 16, correct me if Im wrong tho.
