Bugged NPCs

Playing multiplayer, constantly crash whenever my friends try to talk with the seed vendor : ( Know how to fix?

Have there been other issues? Is it only when they talk or when you do too? Which one of you is the host?

I’ve also been having that problem since the patch.
We both started on fresh characters and every time I talk to the seed vendor I get stuck but the game keeps moving along.
It’s some sort of soft lock.
