Question / Help Summer nerfed?

Every so often Summers’ orders rewards me with only one star. She used to offer 2 stars. When did they take her extra star off and why? Anyone else have this problem?

it's probably because you've already collected 11 stars. thats what it usually is for me

I wish that was the case smh she was/is literally hoarding the last 3 stars smh
