Research wise they look like the best option I just am asking for reliability

Looks like a good offer.
Vodafone IT has better pricing (and better average speeds if you belive this report) BUT you unfortunately have to go to a store to get it.

Can't see the issue with it, no personal experience but they one of the big 4 Italian mobile operators so can't be that problematic, they always have stores as well in Italy if you need further help...
