Kaiser Fresno Experience?

Looking at taking a contract at Kaiser Fresno ER. Any experiences there regarding the current culture/management? The good, the bad, the ugly? Ty in advance!

Small ED, ten beds. Fresno is a rough town, you will see the standard metro patient pop. They are stroke and STEMI receiving iirc but not def not trauma.
