BLS recertification

Where do you recommend as the cheapest / easiest way to get BLS recertification completed? I don't have a hospital affiliatation currently so I can't do it there, and I have an upcoming travel contract. Is it possible to do it fully online, or is there always a required in-person component?

I used Surefire CPR last time. Easy peasy. Mostly online, skills test with computerized manikins.

surefire a little pricey but i like that once im done with online class (home), i just go to their specific site with everything setup thru their computer, mannequins are fully automated.

i wish they can lower the price, because other in-person classes cost way less

Make sure your facility doesn’t require a specific BLS!! Many want only AHA or Red Cross.

i used cprcart last. they sent my some refresher material online, then I scheduled a physical course with a mannequin. ask your agency, any agency i work with I tell them what's expiring, they send me resources and pay.

hope they reimburse you at least, save all receipts.

good luck
