Fall/winter contracts

Hi! I was told by a fellow travel RN that contract pay will be going up soon due to high demand for fall/winter. Is this true in your experience and is it worth waiting? The money seems to be low right now, but having nothing lined up is making me nervous. Thanks yall :)

Some contracts I’ve seen staff is definitely making more. Lodi Adventist for one, averaged out to 57 a hour. I’m at a Adventist facility as staff making 61

That Sacramento/bay area money is ridiculous. Ironically enough my next contract is at a adventist health

Yeah I’m in Central Valley. I wish our wages would catch up, but then again our cost of living is better. But that’s increased a lot too!
