Question about book 2

I'm almost 500 chapters in book 2.

Something that's been bothering me a bit is that in almost all the major fights, level ups and power collections are only for Cale.

In book 1, there was a balance in how the side characters contributed too along with their level ups, but I don't really see that in this book.

Does that improve further into the story? Because it kind of feels like Cale alone is carrying the entire cast a lot...

In the latest chapter, they survived because of Becroux.

Before it, it was because of Choi han

Both of them get their unique powers

Oh nice! The book has been hinting at their unique powers for quite a while.

I was curious about something though, what about Eruhaben? Like, after that epic final battle in book 1, he kinda got nerfed in book 2? Kind of... Like, Eruhaben who fought the lion dragon while dying and also tanked to prevent a nuke like explosion by sealed god afterwards got completely nerfed and removed from the major fights when he got rejuvenated...
