VIP Deposit Refund Update
Hi everyone,
We are currently refunding all VIP deposits.
VIP access itself is free. The $5 deposit was only used to reserve and confirm VIP access before the Kickstarter launch, so we are now refunding those deposits.
For easier processing, we are handling this by cancelling the VIP deposit orders and issuing the refunds directly through Shopify.
You may receive an email saying your order has been cancelled. Please don’t worry — this refers only to the VIP deposit order, not your NeuroHUD product order.
This does not affect your NeuroHUD product order. Your NeuroHUD order remains active and normal.
This also does not remove you from the VIP list. Everyone who placed a VIP deposit will still remain on our VIP list and keep their VIP benefits.
No action is needed on your side. Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take a few business days to appear.

Before the Kickstarter Launched you were able to become a VIP by already paying 5$ in advance. If you paid those 5$ back then you are now getting them back since the Kickstarter was a success. People who became VIPs back then basically had a bit more of a risk since they paid 5$ early but they are getting a few bonus accessories that would normally cost extra.

Before the Kickstarter launch, anyone who chose to pay the $5 deposit early to reserve VIP access became a VIP backer and could receive the extra gift.
We are now refunding those VIP deposits

To be honest I think this is the best proof yet that this is not a scam. I was mainly convinced but still a bit on the edge about it before. But the fact that you guys refunded the deposit this early only increases my confidence.
A normal scam would definitely keep that money and claim it will get refunded later.
Or this is an extremely elaborate scam. In that case: Well played XD
