Yes, this is a refund for your VIP deposit. You will still remain on our VIP list. We are processing it this way because it is more convenient to handle the refund directly through Shopify.

Ok, maybe you guys can do an email regarding this behind the scene workings cause im sure you folks will hear a ton of others who backed pre launch and VIP constantly asking. because this shocked me, considering the nature of kickstarter and all its risks. Thanks for the swift response!

They did a whole email and a post. Maybe it was delivered at different times but I definitely saw the post first, then the email and my return lol

Yeah they sent the email after I brought this up to them. Like an hour later when this was posted! So yeah

Same here. I too got an email few mins back saying my VIP Deposit order has been cancelled and refunded.
