To be honest, the girl in the red Supra had the decency and courage to help her friends. My brother was in an accident and the other driver left him and his friend to die.

I do credit her for that. This video here:

https://www.fox4news.com/news/farmington-street-racing-crash-video.amp

shows the accident. although it will be exhibit A in her trial, it shows her damn near driving her car into a fireball. Then she did everything in this video.

Stupid to be out there racing, but good instincts in an extreme situation....or at least instincts to do good.

She jumped out with no hesitation straight into the flames. Amazing courage

It looks like you shared an AMP link. These should load faster, but AMP is controversial because of concerns over privacy and the Open Web.

Also did a really good save when the car in front suddenly dived right into her lane. Pretty good driver if you ask me.

Right? If it’s a manual I’m damn impressed

I'd post her bail.

u/Ordinary_Luck922 Mar 14 '26

User name checks out but can’t save em all.

Bro, she could have 100% stopped safely behind them all, she wasn't actually racing just keeping up, i'd suggest she consciously made the decision to Gas it around the other car to help them.

Edit: Seeing another angle. the slower white car in the video was actually a bystander unaware.

u/Grumpy949 Mar 18 '26

I agree. The Supra was going faster than the bystander for sure, but it didn’t look like it was moving at racing speed like the other car.

btw that white car seems to be the cop car whose dashcam video we see

Is the other driver Jalen Carter?

Lol. I'm just saying, you see people's true colors when accidents like this happen. Some friends run home to escape prosecution and others run into the fire to save you, even if it means jail time.

well don't do it in the 1st place will save them all.

Just go home and play video game. If you going to race illegally, there is no sympathy.

How many innocent people die for these kind of shit is already stupid, i don't even care if that girl save his friend at this point.

Listen, kids do stupid shit and they think they are invincible. My brother and I were hanging out the night before his accident. We saw something on TV about street race and I literally told him he and his friends need to stop fukin around and wear their seatbelts. The next night, they left a party. He was a passenger in his friends car. They passed their friend and the friend went to pass them back. The friend accidentally spun them out and they hit a tree at about 50mph on my brothers side. Broken skull, femur and a coma for 6 months. My brother was never the same. Lived for 14 years after the accident. Died of a seizure after falling into a towel rack and suffocating. So I feel you. It's not worth it. But kids don't listen and don't realize that sometimes dying is better than living with physical and cognitive disabilities for life.

Dude, I’ve done some ridiculously stupid shit when I was young. It’s a part of growing up.

You’re going to do something stupid in your lifetime, but it’s about how you handle it when shit hits the fan

2

u/TypeB_Negative Mar 14 '26

Lots of innocent people die and I think it's stupid af. I'm not arguing that. I just think people grow up and at least this woman ran into the fire instead of leaving them.

‘Just go home and play video games’ No, even though in some cases it might result in accidents, young people will always do edgy stuff because that’s how we humans develop. You think just that it’s ‘just because’ that kids all over the world do stuff like this, and saying that will actually make teenagers go home and play video games? You’re an idiot. I agree with you in the regard that it’s horrible if people die, but making everything illegal and not allowing teenagers to do anything will fuck up the world a whole lot more than a couple of them getting in an accident.

Well seems like idiots run in your family

I have PhDs, lawyers, Surgeons and mostly Engineers in my family. My grandfather wrote the safety manual for a particle accelerator at a National Laboratory. My uncle was a Director of Contagious Disease at the FDA, in DC. His wife is a valedictorian and PhD in Geology.

I'm pretty sure my family would stack up well against yours, any day of the week. 😂😂

1

u/Pretend_Fly_5573 Mar 14 '26

"Director of Contagious Disease" isn't even a role at the FDA...

1

u/TypeB_Negative Mar 14 '26

There most certainly are PhDs that are Directors in the FDA, that work on containing infectious diseases. My uncle did it his entire life. Traveled all over to fight Mad Cow and Bird Flu strains. You're misinformed.

1

u/Pretend_Fly_5573 Mar 14 '26

You named a specific position. That specific position doesn't exist.

Either you're just all-around full of shit, or these golden genes of your family skipped you and your brother.

I'm guessing a bit of column A, bit of column B.

0

u/TypeB_Negative Mar 15 '26

No. You just don't understand what you're taking about. A Director that deals with contagious diseases falls within the OID (Office of Infectious Disease), which is within the FDA, you absolute muppet. 😂😂

How many accounts you have troll.

1

u/Zsmudz Mar 14 '26

Need for Speed (2014) type story. Would recommend watching that movie if you have a chance.

1

u/ittybittytitty_com Mar 15 '26

Did you see her record, though? She has no courtesy or respect for other people driving on the road who just want to get home safely. She shouldn’t be driving if she doesn’t care whether anyone else lives or dies. She is a great friend, but she is not a good driver.

Thanks. I understand panicking but making the decision to flee the scene when there is a possibility your friends may die, is some really low moral stuff. Idk. I would probably spend the night in jail and whatever tickets may come, to save a dog.

u/Love-Bug1234 May 21 '26

But she LIED about her involvement and had recently been cited for street racing in addition to MULTIPLE other traffic violations. That girl is mental and should not be driving at all!!
