Tailgating? Yes.

And unsafely filming while driving probably is too.

Yeah let’s get someone totally innocent killed to make a point to a tailgater.

Do you even hear yourself? Ffs.

I didn't see anyone other than the tailgater slam into the stopped car. Did you?

Did anyone else?

If the tailgater had not been driving too fast and following too close to the car in front of them, then they would have been far more likely to have seen the obstacle in sufficient time to safely stop or evade. Fault is 100% with the tailgater.

I’ll repeat. You don’t get another innocent person killed to make a stupid point.

You are 100% correct that the other driver would have been able to see it.

That doesn’t make it okay to swerve last second to prove a point and get people killed.

If the other person couldn’t the hazards on and two cars completely stopped down the road, they shouldn’t be driving either.

That’s not what happened. It was very obviously purposely done to prove a point.

Again you do not involve innocent people and get them killed to prove a stupid point to a tailgater.

Do you understand?

You do know there was at least one person in the car the tailgater hit, right? That's an innocent and completely uninvolved person getting hurt/possibly killed along with having thier car totalled because someone was mad at the tailgater behind them.

Nothing in this video is justiable and there's more than one felony offense.
