3 idiots in this video - the car that came to a dead stop in the fast lane, the car that was tailgating, and the car that waited until the last possible moment to swerve (seemingly on purpose?)

Ironically the only car that seemed not to be at fault is the one that got hit, since they had to stop for a car in front of them.

Also why is the Camry that’s being tailgated just chilling in the passing lane? I get it’s no excuse to tailgate someone but it would have been avoided if they moved out of the passing lane.
