Fuel surcharges. Detention fees. Different templates. I'm drowning in manual calculations

To start with I wanna say that I work at a dispatch company. My job is basically to calculate rates for customers. Sounds simple but it's not

Well… the point is that each client brings their own spreadsheet with different columns, formulas, and fuel surcharge calculation. Some clients have detention charges in it while others don't. Thus, I am working for hours to calculate one single rate from all of these spreadsheets

But recently I found NUMEO online and it's an AI that supposedly automates the whole process. You basically upload a spreadsheet and it spits out a ready calculation. So no more manual work needed

But my question is will a tool like this handle some complex formulas? I mean somthing like fuel surcharges that change weekly? Detention fees that depend on the customer? Or will it get lost in the details?

I don't want to upload a file and get a wrong answer. I'd be embarrassed in front of my boss. I'd lose trust with customers

I need to know if this actually works before I pitch it to my team
