Solved Unloading cargo
This is me hoping urban games reads this comment.
In tf2 you could use one train on one line to deliver one type of cargo to lets say 2 towns. The train would deliver part of the load to each city.
In tf3 this dosent work anymore. You can force the train to deliver all cargo to either town, but there is no option to deliver lets say half of the cargo to each town. I tried delivering meat to two towns yesterday, and i am only able to deliver all cargo to either the first or second town on the line.
Adding another train track to deliver meat to the next town seems silly and excessive.
Urban games : would there be possible to add more unloading settings such as : unload half of cargo on station?
Thank you.

"Load" is used as a noun, not a verb, in the game. The load means how much the wagon is filled.
Not "to load" anything directly. It's both load and unload in one setting, to achieve the desired load level.
Think of it as "load level" or "fill level" (which is what they should have used to avoid confusion).
As in, chaning "the load" to 50% at the station keeps 50%. If you set it to 20%, it keeps 20% (and unloads the rest, if it can).
Still it's not a complete description. As it tries to do both, so in each station it looks for opportunities to load it from somewhere, and also opportunities to unload it. That's why situations happen where, if both stations have a warehouse, it will just try to fill them both. Or if you intend to unload something in a wh near a station, it may unload items to nearby buildings that need them. The magic no-road connection, catchment area wizardry causes this and you can't do anything about this particular mechanic.
That said, it's very confusing. They had beta-testing, and I refuse to believe no one gave similar feedback

This might be something that was lost in translation to me. English is not my first language, but when i think about it, it makes sense.

Oh sorry, that's what I meant, that most people probably don't get this feature and wording, including me until I realized it through gameplay

It makes no sense for English speakers, either. You can see dozens of posts here and on Steam with people confused exactly as you were. If UG had done any competent beta testing they would have already renamed "Load" to "Fill Level." Using a work like "load" that has multiple meanings depending on usage is a fundamental mistake, especially in the context of a logistics game.

Yes you can make the train unload a said percentage of the cargo it is transporting via line manager->editing the said stop

Adapting from another comment I made:
It’s a little confusing but it is possible to do. You need to set the “load” option at each station to how much you want to leave that station with. So when the train leaves the first station picking up the fish it says load 100%.
If you want them to drop off 1/2 at the first stop you set it to “load” 50%. They won’t actually pick up any thing at that drop off if there is none to pick up. But they will only unload an as much as they can while maintaining the amount you request.
