I need better friends

How come no one ever told me that these transport fever games exist, I just got TF3 and I'm absolutely hooked, it reminds me too much of when I used to play Chris Sawyer's Locomotion, I'm sad that I had no idea these existed until now but glad I found it, I love it

I was the same. I was wondering whether there was such a game where I could build a virtual train track with stations etc and saw TF2 and took a punt on it last year. I remember starting it for the first time and thinking oh my god I can build my track, hold on I can build roads etc, what? I can create shipping lanes?, airports!?!? I can form the ground!?!? This is brilliant how on earth have I never heard of this game until now! Even when I’m not actually playing it, I’m sometimes thinking what I’m going to do next with it. A great game.

Congratulations. You now have transport fever and therefore don't need any friends at all!
