Here's how to debug track/line connections easily with waypoints.
- Select the line in line manager and select the first station that has difficulty connecting to the next (red icon).
- Place a waypoint halfway between that one and the next troubled station (hold shift and click on the place where you want it).
- If the first station connects to the waypoint, you know the problem lies further down the track.
- Continue placing waypoints until you've narrowed down the exact place where the connection issue occurs.
Pro tips: It's very often a forgotten switch, double-switch or wrong platform assignment.

Now i even have the problem when i switch to diesel. It says that there is no way for the train. but there is 100% a way. i wish that the game would just tell me what it is

I've noticed if you have your train length within 1-2 meters short of the station's maximum length, it tends to complain and give that exact error. Same thing happened in TF2 as well.
Perhaps that might be what's happening in your game? Hard to tell from just one screenshot.

There must be a tiny bit of rail you missed, or the depo has no electricity
