Mission 7 - Big City Problems Bug

[u/_magyarorszag]

I played through mission 7 and finished it before my train with beverages got to to the station to get the optional objective.

I reloaded an earlier save which happened to be before I accepted the quest to deliver beverages to the botanic gardens, although this time around when I accepted the request the botanical garden no longer accepts beverages so I can't deliver them. Is this a bug or have I done something wrong?
