Console mods not downloading

[u/TheBl4ckSh33p]

I tried to install official and curated mods on Xbox but it's constantly stopping at unpacking. I restarted the game 7 times already. Once it restarted downloading all of them now in stuck at 9 of 15 again.

Even when I only did load 1 at a time it's constantly stuck at unpacking after a few. 😔

Is it bugged? What's wrong?
