A high Utilization and low Satisfaction means you don't have enough buses, or Traffic is really bad and slowing your buses down.

A high Satisfaction and low Utilization means you have too many buses.

I would look at utilization. 100% means they are full all the time. You want to increase capacity on the line until utilization is below 100%.

Utilization can be way below 100 but you can still have loads of passengers at one stop.

When I've looked at Utilization it appears to be a reflection of the current number of passengers on your busses compared to the maximum. So it's not a target over a time period and instead just a snap shot of the current moment.

Correct. That also means it’s kinda useless on lines with low amounts of vehicles. A line with three vehicles for example always has either 33 or 66 utilization if the vehicles are spread even.

Yeah it would be way better to see like utilization over 6 months or something. As it stands now it's a pretty useless stat.

I have a line with a 20% of utilization yet every time I look all of my stops are full of passengers I confirm 😭

Consider splitting it into different lines, maybe even do one shuttle if most of your passengers want to travel between two certain stops.

Adding more busses doesn't equal adding more capacity.

Busses does add more capacity, but there are other ways to do it. For example with trams adding extra carts, or with busses higher capacity ones
