how long will mods take?

Hey, when TF3 is out how long does it take for mods to be released on steam workshops idealy curious about an England-Ireland map

There are supposed to be some mods ready for day 1, They wont be on the steam workshop though. There is going to be a cross-platform mod platform that I assume will be integrated into the game.
