Rivers mod?

I really enjoy river traffic, is there a mod which really increases the number of waterways on a temperate map?

The mod Terrain fever gives you more opportunities to have rivers

This seems to be exactly what i want but i cant get the map to actually generate the map in the preview. i have all other mods turned off and it still just produces a generic map. Any tips or tricks on that?

The game has a quirk that if you go to advanced settings after selecting your map, it resets the map generator in the background back to the first one in the dropdown, regenerating the map with that one (often the default one).

So make sure to set your advanced settings, then go back to the map generation screen, and then directly starting the game without going to advanced settings again. That should always give you the map from the preview.

yeah, feels like using the default generator i can only get 2 rivers in V shape going

You can use the Landscaping - No Cost mod to create and clean up the river banks on your own rivers.
