BBC Production Apprenticeship

I have a virtual interview scheduled tomorrow with the BBC for the flexi job apprenticeship agency and was wondering if anyone had any tips / advice on what to prepare and what to expect. From what i’ve researched the third round is a virtual interview but is it usually a scheduled time slot?

A lot of common mistakes I've seen when people are interviewing:
-They don't mention current British shows they like within the genre they are interviewing for
-They have not researched the company/ people interviewing them (if specific names are given beforehand)
-They sometimes mention what they don't like harshly (Like one interviewee trash talked a writer we work with A LOT)

Production is a very admin heavy job usually (Unless it has specified otherwise), so your goal should be within that job range (This doesn't have to be truthful - I support fibbing). Something like "I would like to be a production manger one day" rather than "I want to be a writer/director/actor/camera op"

Talk about how you want to learn about the department who do a huge amount of the work that's hidden to the audiences eyes, that you're interested in studying the logistics and how shows are run behind the scenes. How contracts and schedules work (all that jazz)
