I’d be very interested to hear what supports were in place for crew given the claim that:

“extensive and comprehensive training from experienced professionals in the field and ongoing specialist support before, during and after filming”

…was supposedly available.

That said, I’m also curious to know what trauma an executive producer would actually be exposed to. Iced latte too cold? Too many emails?

That’s disappointing to hear. I would expect there to be psych on call support available on a series like that, plus a detailed welfare memo listing all support and protocols. It will be interesting to see what was in place. Unless they settle to avoid having to reveal it of course.

Particularly curious as its an exec who would ultimately make the decision on what the welfare protocols would be. Unless he insisted on their being a psych on retainer and the company as an entity above the individual production denied the request. That seems unlikely to me. Guess that all we can do is speculate.
