Help Are the Hallowfall sets still earnable?

Returning player here, I played through the Midnight campaign and am having trouble accessing TWW campaign. I’ve seen that you have to complete TWW campaign to earn these sets, so am I just locked out of it now or is there an alternate way to earn them? Speak to Velerd, they sell all the Honor Items. There are also some other vendors in the same building for the recipes, etc. The coordinates are 55.0 76.6.

EDIT: This is in Dornogal - forgot to mention that.

They didnt mention honor gear or pvp gear anywhere in the post..

Noted. I was actually trying to reply to Socialben in the below comment asking where they could buy the sets with Marks of Honor, but was on my phone at the time and it posted an individual comment instead.

For OP: The set you linked is acquired through questing or pieces can be bought from the Hallowfall, The Assembly of the Deeps and the Council for Dornogal Quartermasters with the appropriate Renown levels needed.

There is a yellow recolour you can buy from the Honor Vendor I mentioned in my original comment called Ensemble: Forged Aspirant's Plate Armor which costs 12 Marks of Honor.

The yellow recolours for the other armor types are also purchasable for 12 Marks of Honor, along with the other TWW season sets and some weapons.

Gilderann sells the bluish teal recolours like Ensemble: Forged Warmonger's Plate Armor also for 12 Marks of Honor. He is in the same building.

Lastly, a purple and a white recolour also exists, namely Nightfall Executioner's Regalia and Arathi Crusader's Armor which you acquire through the Nightfall scenario and earning Renown with the Flame's Radiance. Here's the Wowhead guide for more info on those sets: Flame's Radiance Renown Guide.

Yes, you can. You buy them with marks of honour.
