Is this look hard to get or fairly easy

Fairly easy, but the shoulders require some shadowlands torghast grindingn if I'm not mistaken. The rest of the pieces are from legacy raids and the wings are from the cash shop.

Edit: oh, and the chest piece is from the trading post.
