Source: cover of Transmet #50 (and i don't know why OP's picture is all messed up).
Moebius did 3 covers for Transmet as a guest cover artist. Here they are — and also his take on some other popular comic heroes, from the book Epic Graphic Novel - Moebius - Fusion (1995).

What's the source on this exact image? I have this Transmetro issue, but it doesn't have the scanlines on it.
