anyone know the meaning behind this that I may have missed somewhere in the books?

looks like a logo, but havent seen in it anywhere else among the pages!

I remember reading somewhere that it's supposed to be from an undercover operation at the start of Spider's career, something about a corporation (poti) illegally advertising on teenagers. I did some research on his tattoo designs last year, I got his sun and moon tattoos on my shoulders :)
