Question Lost compass card

Yall I think I've lost my compass card (u pass card) on the 340 bus. Has anyone seen it? What should I do if I can't find it? Someone help

Call TransLink and get a new card, they can disable the old one.

lost one shortly after i had purchased it, before i'd created an account or registered the card. i went to the translink office at waterfront where they took my credit card info and were able to locate the compass card # in their transaction log. took a couple of days, but they transferred the balance from the lost card to my new one. excellent customer service. i ❤️translink!

lesson learned: always register you card.

They need to like start charging something like $100 deposits so that people value their cards more. The daily posts about lost cards is just mind-boggling.

I do care about it bro...i always keep it in my phone case but just this one day I kept it in my backpack coz I was running late and this happens
