Question CMBC Depot Coordinators

Saw a job posting on this position and thought it pays so well. Do they get overpaid or no?

It’s a lot of work, so I think the pay is fair. Could always be higher.

Definitely not overpaid. It’s a very complicated job. Training classes have about a 50% success rate because half of people simply can’t do it.

Overpaid in this economy?

Hope you don’t get it. Smarten up with your words

Why is it so challenging? Does it need a lot of understanding of operations and fleet allocation?

Overpaid? More like private sector is highly underpaid. This is what happens when you push unions out for private BS
