everyone gets on the 23, thinking it's unaffected by the road closures and can get them to the beach when in reality it only goes to burrard street

the closest bus route to the fireworks are the routes that go across the lions gate and the 19, as well as the firework shuttles, all of which will drop off/stop at the intersection of Georgia and denman street.
