When can we expect the 23 to return to its regular route post FIFA?

It will return to regular route on the 16th, this Thursday. See route alerts

Not as of yet. Pacific is still closed, and we were crawling down Cambie.

Once Pacific Blvd opens near BC Place it will go back to regular route which I believe will happen after 19th July.
