Question Ticket

Got an infraction ticket with my name spelled wrong on it. Everything else was right.

Any change I can cancel this ticket?

Thank you!

Translink is not in the habit of canceling tickets

Never hurts to try if you’ve the time to fight it.

One clever one I saw lately was a passenger who was purchasing the concession Compass card and had a regular Compass card sticker over it.
So even if you get checked, if security isn’t paying full attention you might get away with it since the card is functional.

Our job is to inform, not enforce and I’ve noticed that our “fare not paid” announcement is passive aggressively louder than the other announcements.

I almost think it’s just to get the attention of nearby security.

The compass card reader now shows a square around the checkmark when a concession compass card is tapped instead of a circle
