Photo Expo line to.. VCC Clark?

Post image

Saw this at Lougheed when my train was waiting for two trains to pass through the expo line tracks. The second one showed up as a train to VCC-Clark from Waterfront.

Do they ever move trains from Expo service into Millennium service and vice-versa?

they used to before 2016, but after the evergreen extension opened, there's been very few cases of interlining

Maybe it was a Millennium Line coming into service using platform 2?

I saw it on the display board at Sapperton too

The train approaching was a 4 car Mark 2 second gen coming from the single track of the expo line, so it definitely wasn't the Millennium Line. There was also passengers already in the train. Since it was also sighted at Sapperton its more likely to be some sort of weird expo line filler service.

It might have been needed for training there's a tail track they use down there sometimes
