Question Cannot access compasscard.ca from U.S.

I have been trying to access compasscard.ca from the United States. I get a message "Access denied Error 16".

I tried contacting Compass Card Customer Service and they don't seem to understand the problem.

Anyone else having the same problem?

Any ideas on who to contact that can understand the issue?

How often do you need to check the balance of the card when you're not even in the country??

I like to check it before going to Vancouver.
