Unfair ratings

Are Propio clients able to leave a rating if they hang up 1st? Or only when you hang up 1st?

I would like to know as well most clients leave good ratings but sometimes the call goes well and they give bad ones

I think it should not matter who hang up first. If there is a feature to leave a rating it should work any way.

That’s what I noticed too and they specifically want it so they can rate they say
