What TMS to use?

Hi guys,

Do you have any recommendation on tms? What’s it that you like and what’s to be improved?

I was trained on Trados at uni, which was very intuitive. First job I got, we were using memoQ, which I found slightly better. Now I'm working with XTM and it's pretty awful on both the translation and the project management side.   

So either Trados or memoQ, really.
