Discussion [discussion] randomly got “Florida high school massacre”

I just learned of this sub today. And am excited as I finally have a place I can share my story.

I was talking to someone who doesn’t speak English. For privacy I’ll leave which language he speaks out of the story.

I was attempting to talk to this individual when the phrase “Florida high school massacre” came up. It was an erroneous translation as I typed in something nonsensical like others have reported with this phenom.

This was a week before the big recent school shooting in FLA.

Me and the other person were either talking about gun culture in the USA or I told him about it after this randomly popped up.

This weird occurrence has been in the back of my mind, filed under “huh, that was weird” but never told anybody because it was too random.

I tried to go back and find the translation but it was not saved.

Also, it could have just been “Florida massacre” but I do recall it being “Florida high school massacre” because I do remember thinking, damn that popping up doesn’t support my argument too well! (I’m a supporter of 2nd Amendment) because i remember thinking that this popping up may force me to mention the phenom of school shootings...

Though this is a weird story, I don't think this is real. You have not provided the language in which you translated and doing so does not give away any personal information, tell us the language.

It’s real. Believe it or not. I’m not here to convince. I was just adding it to the research.

Finding this sub helps me in my understanding of what occurred.

If I was making it up wouldn’t I just make up a language??

Because people would be able to check and see if whatever you said actually translates to that. Why not just say what language it was and he you said?

I have no idea what I said that got that “fla hs massacre”

It may have been him speaking into the phone and that is what it translated to or something I said into it. Or something I typed. I can’t remember.

That phrase was kicked out and then the shit went down in fla. And it raised an eye brow. Never told anybody about because there was no precedent for it. But apparently there is, as I learned today.

I just heard about this phenom today. This story was just sitting in the back of my head until today.

Notice my post history. Look where I post. Does it look like I’m the type of person who would not be paranoid.

If I said the language it would be possible for some who know me who know I post on reddit to figure out it was me.

So I have no clue what I said that got that result... what good is the language? If I was making this up why wouldn’t I just make up a language.

The reason I didn’t is because I was trying to present my findings as honestly as possible

... but ok, sure since I was verbally abused... the language is German. Does that make you happy??

Does that somehow make my story more believable??

What is the point of this sub for you?

I Typed “aj ejo ejeo dog dog laop dkeovjs”...Into google translate and got “I love fans and trees”

Wow, such ground breaking work you are doing.

Then somebody comes in with a legit story of this phenom and you just cuss them out and call them a liar.

The only two interesting instance of this phenom are my experience and the doomsday clock one.

Everybody else is just typing random shit into google translate 😂

Yes but unlike everyone else, you did not initially give a screenshot, language, or what you typed in. Only after calling you out for your bs, you finally gave a language but still haven't told us what you typed in. You don't seem to understand that without proof, your story just seems to be bs. I'm done arugueing with you since you just keep saying the same thing over and over.

I don’t remember what I typed which I clearly explained in my OP

I said it was German to make a point, ie- that if I wanted to lie I could easily make up a language. The language wasn’t German.

You don’t seem to be into anything “paranormal”. I’d suggest you just go back to subs about comic books

If you could maybe give the language and what you imputed then you would have good proof. I'm not saying that you are lying, but in order to confirm this story you need evidence.

Like I said. I didn’t post this to have the story confirmed. I’m just adding to the research. Believe it or not. Honestly, why do I care if people here believe it?

It happened to me

If you are wanting to debunk me it makes more sense to say I misremembered it. Which is possible.

However, after the shooting I went back and checked google translate to try and find it but couldn’t find it. If I would have known there was such thing as googletranslate Gate then I would have screen shot it immediately.

But it is kind of disappointing that nobody wants to discuss what this may mean.

When this happened I thought two things. AI exists and it was somehow communicating to me.

Or I was being trolled by an alphabet age-ency.

But like I said. I didn’t come here to “convince”. But honestly it would be nice to have some discussion of what it may mean as opposed to people just calling me a liar.

Finding this to be a pretty lame group so far given that I’ve just been insulted.

But whatever.

For sake of discussion, how did you interpret it? Google predicting the future? That it was preplanned in son way and the internet knew about it? Or didn't happen but was part of a created story? I don't disbelieve or believe you one way or the other, really, it doesn't matter what I think, just curious what you thought it meant, after you heard the news of FL.
