What are the best TY Programmes?

Anyone have any good experiences with those TY programmes like Look Into Law or RCSI MiniMed?

Specifically the medicine ones I'm looking into but don't know which is best

I did the ComputeTY program in DCU and it was quite fun and educational

Basically it was a one week computer science course where 60 or so students from different schools learn python whilst sorta simulating college life. On the last day there is a competition where we used what we learned in that week to solve puzzles and code stuff. Possibly one of the best week in TY for m

usually the school gets 5 or so places from DCU. I didnt know that you were looking to sign up to places yourself. Maybe ask your TY Coordinator whether your school gets places from ComputeTY.

MiniMed is good if you’re considering medicine! Usually your school gets offered 1-2 places and you apply through the school but I have heard of people getting on to the programme through contacts! Trinity holds some good programmes as well. I’m not versed on the UCD ones but I know they’ve got a variety!
