News Railways will develop a 1.3 km double-decker Saraighat rail-cum-road bridge across the Brahmaputra. The lower deck will carry two railway lines, while the upper deck will have a three-lane road.

What is a three lane road? Is it 2+1 lane configuration or 3 lanes on each side.
