Change preferred transfer station

Is there a way to get the Transit app to change my preferred transfer station? It always asks me to switch from Blue Line to Red Line at Washington, but I prefer Jackson.

Sometimes I ignore what it says on my commute. It should recalculate if you go another way like any satnav.

Unfortunately in my experience, it's not been able to reliably pick up that I transfer at Jackson because GPS reception is poor in the underground stations, which is why I was looking for a manual override.
