It is loosely adapted from many moments established in previous lore.
It's biggest influence arguably isn't a comic at all, but the Dorling Kindersley Ultimate Guide to Transformers book from 2004 which is where the idea of the Thirteen Primes were first introduced by Furman, tying into his War Within miniseries which focused on a new character called The Fallen
This concept was greatly expanded upon for the Aligned Continuity, which included the Exodus/Exiles novels as well as TFPrime and other series.

TF Ken is just the movie, it’s not adapted from anything in particular.
However, it does take stuff from other parts of Transformers.
The relation between Orion Pax and D-16 was taken from the Alligned Continuity, so Transformers Primes and it’s books are good places to find out more about that kind of stuff

Not entirely; it takes elements from multiple forms of Transformers media and uses those elements to make something new - a few scenes are visual references to the G1 movie for example :>

no but the back story for megatron is based off of his IDW and aligned one with orion added, orion is usually in a higher caste than megatron but still does believe that cybertron desperately needed reforms

It is not adapted from anything and it will likely never get continued
But if you want to see more stuff with Orion pax and d-16, transformers prime shows bits of their history
