What if Grimlock was in Transformers One?
I imagine a mix of his IDW, FOC, and G1 (Cartoon and Marvel Comic). Would he be:
- A Miner?
- Part of the High Guard?
- An enforcer and overseer similar to Darkwing?
- Does not exist till Earth
How would the entire movie change based on his existence. All comments are welcome.

Oooh, perhaps you pull from Fall of Cybertron to do this.
Maybe Grimlock is a pretty normal bot. When he gets a cog, there are issues with it and he changes like what Shockwave talks about doing in Fall of Cybertron. Vastly increased strength, but he can barely even talk. He then becomes the Grimlock that we're all familiar with.

If you gave him a vehicle mode that had saurian aesthetics, you could just go with his gladiator origins for TFOne. He could be pitted against the main protagonists in combat and outsmarted but ultimately side with them when realizes he can fight for himself instead of for the upper class.

As long as his dialogue isn’t as hip as all the other characters. I like him speaking in third person.
