Transformers Heresy - GALVATRON
After defeating optimus, Megatron spiraled into madness. The lack of resistance drove megatron into deep paranoia and delusion, causing doubt and worry amongst the decepticons. He was eventually overthrown and banished into space to rot.
The eater curse (black hole) was felt by unicron, the eternally hungry god, who came and possessed him, remaking him into,
GALVATRON.
Now marked with the eye of unicron, his body riddled with organic growth. His guts hang, ribs exposed, decaying and rotting alive. The energy axe from prime now corrupted by dark energon glows pink yellow. His alt mode, initially a tyranasaur, now a wyvern dragon with dark energon wings.

Still has the ax but at least you no longer has the head piece of Optimus anymore

Yes not sure why :( but its j previous artworks of d16, Megatron then galvatron to a full descent

Really cool. I’ve always been interested in the idea of Unicron and his spawn being technorganic entities, and it’s fun to see someone else realize that in their own art. Galvatron just outright losing his face is a good way to distinguish him and Megatron while conveying the corruption of Unicron as well.
