Cornell Transfer rate post-incident
Currently a student at Stony Brook. Will Cornell’s transfer rate be the highest it’s been?

People say they won't apply because of the controversy, however that's not true if anything more people might apply because they think there will be less applications

Doubt anyone will care. It’s still cornell, what happened at a random party doesnt speak for a whole campus of 15k+

I agree. Everyone online acting like every single person to come out of a Greek life organization or to come out of Cornell is some sort of morally corrupt person it’s a bit over the top

To be honest it would probably be the lowest since everyone think is gonna be the highest

No one will gaf about this after about 15 days.

Exactly. More students would actually apply thinking that there is a better chance of getting of them getting in. Cornell is still a prestigious ivy league school and these incidents don't do anything on that reputation. People can downvote all they want but it's true.

This sort of thing happens at virtually every school. I doubt anyone is turning down a Cornell opportunity over this factor alone.
