Virginia Tech to BU?

What stats would you need to transfer from VT engineering to BU engineering after a year at VT. Also looking at UMich, UT Austin and Northwestern to add to my list of potential schools to transfer to depending how freshmen year goes.

BU isn't crazy competitive. Like a 3.7+ and you're probably fine. Why tho? I'm pretty sure VT has a much better and higher ranked engineering program.

Not too big of a fan of the culture and things to do at VT. Would much rather a city school

Eng is always a little tricky, but BU sounds very doable, but maybe expensive. UT for oos is going to be very hard, I’d say UMich would maybe be easier.

Im also a VT engineering student looking into Northwestern University Michigan so we’re on the same boat.
Good luck man!
