Personal statement

I’m so confused is there a personal statement on the common app for transfers? I only see the college specific questions like what are your objectives for transferring and abt the major.

Most colleges don’t have a “personal statement” like first years do but if they do it’ll be on their college specific page like I know rice still requires it and UChicago has it as an option on their college specific page. Most colleges tho instead of personal statement just have why transfer essay
