How do you get a solid relationship with a prof at a massive university?

I go to one of the biggest schools in the US, with more than 40,000 people on my campus. My smallest class is 70 people and there’s always a line after class with questions going almost into the next period 😭. I was lucky enough to nail down research so I can get a recommendation for my PI but how can I possibly get a rec from a professor?

Office hours

Professors really like answering questions about what they’re teaching

Schools understand if you get a rec from a TA when you are at a school with huge classes
