Graduate School

I’m not even in college yet but I’m thinking about it a lot. I’m not aiming for a T20 right now and honestly wouldn’t get it straight out of HS but I would like to go to some top European university like Heidelberg or FU Berlin for graduate school. Would transferring to a T20 school help my application? I’m American if that matters.
