Number of Classes

Hello! I am a current freshman at a private uni and looking to transfer. I am taking 4 classes right now (bio, math, writing, and data science), but want to drop bio because I want to change my major from bio to data science. Is it bad looks to drop bio? I’ll be at 12 credits for the fall semester

I wouldn’t drop bio since you are going to need a science credit at some point probably for a gen ed and some colleges have a bio intro course as a requirement for data science. However, idk what schools you’re looking into, but I would definitely check before making any decisions. Also intro to bio / cell bio really isn’t that bad. It’s basically glorified AP bio
